b)	At the 200m TRY ME (K Steyn) was steadied briefly when close to the heels of IM THE BUZZ (R Khathi).
c)	Jockeys D Ashby and M Mjoka, the riders of WHY NOT JACKIE and FIRE CHASER respectively, reported that these fillies did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
d)	Jockey X Carstens was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.3 in that he failed to ride GRUE OF ICE out to the end of the race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, thereby prejudicing his chances of obtaining 2nd (second) place. Jockey X Carstens signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from riding in races for a period of 30 days. (Dates to be advised)
