c)	In view of the performances of EMPRESSOFNORMANDY (C Zackey) and FAIRY CIRCLE (E Webber), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these fillies.
d)	Trainer M Turner was charged with a contravention of Rule 39.7.5 in that she failed to vaccinate DEMIGOD against Equine Influenza in accordance with the program of vaccinations as published from time to time in the Racing Calendar. Trainer M Turner signed an Admission of Guilt and was fined R1000.00.
