THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	Approaching the 200m MY GOLLY MOLLY (L Mxothwa) was checked severely, stumbled badly and lost momentum when he clipped the heels of EL ROMIACHI (*MH Alabdulmalik), which shifted inwards continuously from the 300m. 
b)	Apprentice MH Alabdulmalik was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.7 in that as the rider of EL 	ROMIACHI he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to MY GOLLY MOLLY (L Mxothwa) at 	approximately the 250m. Apprentice MH Alabdulmalik signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from 	riding in races for a period of 14 days. (Dates to be advised)
c)	Apprentice MH Alabdulmalik was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.3 in that he failed to ride EL 	ROMIACHI out to the end of the race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, thereby prejudicing his 	chances of obtaining third (3rd) place. Apprentice MH Alabdulmalik signed an Admission of Guilt and is 	suspended from riding in races for a period of 21 days. (Dates to be advised)
d)	The Stewards have adjourned to review Jockey R Fourie's (NO PLACE LIKE HOME) use of the crop.
e) 	Jockey X Ndlovu reported that he felt something amiss with ALINGALONGA. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
f)	KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer K Mitchley was advised. (LM)
