THE STARTER REPORTED: a) FUTURE FLO (R A Venniker) lost 1 length. b) HORSE PHAROAH (K A Brewer) lost 4 lengths. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) JAMES FITZJAMES (M Yeni), ROTOTO (C Habib), GOLD RUSH KID (T Godden) and VIEW OF THE WORLD (*B Plaatjies) over-raced in the early stages. b) RED MOUNTAIN (S Khumalo) was hanging out from the 500m. c) Jockey C Habib reported that ROTOTO made an abnormal respiratory noise in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) In view of the Starter's report with regard to HORSE PHAROAH (K A Brewer), this gelding's starting stall certificate is withdrawn and it is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as it proves tractable with a companion. Suspension dates: 11.07.2024 to the 17.07.2024. HORSE PHAROAH may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer K Naidoo was advised.
