Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	POMO CLAPPER (+I Lukhele) jumped inwards.
b)	ROYAL ALBERT (+S Siphika) jumped slow, losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	Shortly after the start CLEAR THE PATH (+S Mkhumbuzi) was bumped on two occasions when awkwardly placed between LAKE KIVU (+S Mtshikitshiki) and POMO CLAPPER (+I Lukhele), which jumped inwards.
b)	Work Rider I Lukhele reported that POMO CLAPPER did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
c)	At approximately the 1300m, DAMASCODORO (+T Lukhele) had to ease off the heels of RASTIGNAC (+T Matsoele), which shifted in when insufficiently clear.
Work Rider T Matsoele was charged with a contravention of Rule 62.2.7 in that as the rider of RASTIGNAC he 	failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to DAMASCODORO when he shifted in at approximately 	the 1300m. Work Rider T Matsoele signed an Admission of Guilt and is suspended from riding in one (1) Work 	Rider race. (Date to be advised)
d)	Work Rider V Sithetho was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 (read with Guideline M on the use of the crop) in that as the rider of THOMAS RAINWATER he misused his crop by striking THOMAS RAINWATER more than 12 times (15) which was not warranted when considering the circumstances of the race. Work Rider V Sithetho signed an admission of guilt and was suspended from riding in three (3) Work Rider races. (Dates to be advised)
e)	Work Rider S Siphika was charged with a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 (read with Guideline M on the use of the crop) in that as the rider of ROYAL ALBERT he misused his crop by striking ROYAL ALBERT more than 12 times (15) which was not warranted when considering the circumstances of the race.
