THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SEVENTH SONG (*R Venniker) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) In the concluding stages, LESLIES PATHTOFAME (M Yeni) was carried out marginally by RUNNING FREELY (W Kennedy) which was hanging out from the 250m and thereafter, shifted out away from the crop between the 150m and the 50m. A race review was called into this incident by a member of the Stipendiary Board. After reviewing the patrol footage with Trainer F Robinson, the Board was satisfied that this incident had no bearing on the outcome of the race. Therefore, no further action was taken. b) RUNNING FREELY (W Kennedy), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer G I Rich advised (DZ). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) RUNNING FREELY was ridden by Jockey W Kennedy (advised 07.03.22/7h38). RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER : a) Nil. THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED : a) SEVENTH SONG : Fatigued. b) FIERY DUKE : Returned post-race having cast the right hind shoe. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHINGS.
