THE STARTER REPORTED A) SHADES OF GLITTER was stubborn loading. B) WILDEST DREAMS and GIMME A RUBY were stubborn loading. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED A) At approximately the 300m, ST PATRICK'S DAY (M Yeni) was carried out by TAMIL TIGER (W Kennedy) which was hanging out from the 500m. B) At approximately the 200m, DAME COLLEEN (M V'Rensburg) had to steady momentarily to avoid running onto the heels of PASSION FANTACY (T Gould) which rolled in and was immediately straightened. C) In view of the performance of WILDEST DREAMS (G Cheyne) (distance 11.25 - betting 5/3) the Course Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. Trainer A C Greeff will be requested to report back on the condition of this filly upon return to the stables. D) The winner TAMIL TIGER was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis, Trainer G D Smith advised (LM).
