a)	BRIANNA (C Zackey) raced wide on the bend and into the straight.
b)	Approaching the 100m CASA INVERNO (C Orffer) was momentarily inconvenienced when tightened for galloping room between HIGH HOSANNA (S Khumalo) and GILLIAN ANNE (G Behr), which rolled out.
c)	Jockey J Jacobs reported he felt something amiss with CARIBBEAN SUNSET and he did not persevere with his riding in the latter stages. The veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this mare.
d)	CARIBBEAN SUNSET (J Jacobs) returned suffering from a bilateral epistaxis due to an exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and is suspended, for a period of 60 days, from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1.
