THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) In view of the performance of KAMARIA (D Schwarz), which raced wide without cover around the turn and into the straight, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Trainer JP Nel was advised to report back should he find anything amiss with this filly on her return to the stables. b) ISLAND MASTER, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer SB Kotzen was advised.
