THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Jockey R A Venniker (GOLDEN PEACE) accidentally dropped her crop shortly after the finish line. b) Jockey C Zackey reported that he felt that LITTLEMARYSUNSHINE took no interest in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. c) Jockey S Khumalo reported that he felt something amiss with IVY LEAGUE and as a result he did not persevere with his ride over the final 300m. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning IVY LEAGUE, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended for 120 days (2nd occurrence) from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority.
