THE STARTER REPORTED: a) CERULEAN DANCER (J Greyling) was slow losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) RIMAAH (K de Melo) hung in from the 300m. b) Approaching the 200m, MISS DAISY (N Qaule) had to steady momentarily off the heels of MAHARANEE (W Kennedy), which ducked in sharply when racing green. c) Jockey G Lerena reported that he felt something amiss with ZANOBIAN PRINCESS in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. d) MAHARANEE (W Kennedy), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Assistant Trainer A Peter, acting on behalf of Trainer P A Peter, advised (SM). JOCKEY CHANGES: None.
