THE STARTER REPORTED: a) AMBITIOUS LADY (G Lerena) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) BELLA BOOP BOOP (L Nhlapo) and EMPRESS WU (D Schwarz) over-raced in the early stages. b) Shortly after the start, AMBITIOUS LADY (G Lerena), which jumped inwards was unbalanced and had it hindquarters turned outwards when bumped by BELLA BOOP BOOP (L Nhlapo), which jumped awkwardly leaving the stalls. c) Approaching the 300m, EMPRESS WU (D Schwarz) was steadied when awkwardly placed on the outside of SIENNA RAE (J Penny), which rolled out and was immediately straightened, and on the heels of CHASING SHADOWS (M Yeni), which had come to the end of its run. d) In view of the performance of TIK TOK ADDICTION (P Mxoli), (distance 6,00 lengths, betting 28/10), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. e) Jockey L Nhlapo reported that he felt something amiss with BELLA BOOP BOOP in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. f) HAT'S LADY (K A Brewer), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer W H Marwing advised (MduP). JOCKEY CHANGES: None.
