THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) DUCHESS OF WAR (W Marwing) fly-jumped leaving the stalls resulting in Jockey Marwing losing his right-side footing to his stirrup iron which he ragained shortly thereafter. b) COPPER FIRE (J Syster), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
