THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SWEET CONIFER (R Fourie) jumped awkwardly, losing one length b) TIME IN PARIS (D Schwarz) jumped awkwardly outwards and made contact with WARBIRD (J Solomons) and, as a consequence, TIME IN PARIS (D Schwarz) was slow into stride. c) TAP SHOES (G van Niekerk) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Due to a technical issue with the starting stalls, a manual start was effected. This was brought to the attention of the Racing Operator. b) HAY FEVER (G Lerena) over raced in the early and middle stages. c) SHEFFIELD BEACH (JP van der Merwe) raced wide without cover on the turn and into the straight. d) TAP SHOES (G van Niekerk) and PRINCESSONTHERUN (G Wright) raced green. e) TWO G'S, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer Gareth van Zyl was advised.
