THE STARTER REPORTED: a) SASCHA'S DREAM (R A Venniker) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Shortly after the start DYNASTY'S LAST (*J Botes) and CALL ME HARRIET (K Matsunyane) came together and brushed. b) SASCHA'S DREAM (R A Venniker) over-raced in the early stages. c) At the 900m Jockey K Matsunyane (CALL ME HARRIET) adjusted his footing to the left side stirrup iron. d) At the 500m CALL ME HARRIET (K Matsunyane) was brushed out by PERFECTLY PICKED (S Moodley) which rolled out. Thereafter at the 300m CALL ME HARRIET (K Matsunyane) was carried out marginally by PERFECTLY PICKED (S Moodley) which shifted out away from the crop and was corrected. e) SASCHA'S DREAM (R A Venniker), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
