DURING THE LOADING PROCESS, MAGIC EXISTS (N TAKAWIRA) WAS UNRULY, REFUSED TO LOAD AND WAS SCRATCHED. THIS CAUSED A DELAY TO THE START OF THIS RACE. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) MAGIC EXISTS (N Takawira) refused to load. The starting stall certificate for this colt has been withdrawn. Trainer D Swanson was advised (WD). b) Fair break for the rest. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) In view of the Starter's report with regard to MAGIC EXISTS, this colt's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and he is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as he proves tractable loading and jumping with a companion on a Race day. Suspension dates: 27 October 2024 to 2 November 2024. MAGIC EXISTS may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Trainer D Swanson was advised. b) KING'S CROWN (K Derere), the winner was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer D Swanson advised. (GF) JOCKEY CHANGES: None.
