THE STARTER REPORTED A) EKORIA was slow away and lost 2 lengths. B) CERTAINLY, EASY LIVING and LADYHAWKE were stubborn loading. C) EMILY'S SPIRIT was nervous in the stalls, slow away and lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED A) Leaving the 200m, EASY LIVING (J P v'd Merwe) which raced green, shifted out away from the crop and had to be steadied away from the heels of CERTAINLY (R Fourie) which was hanging out and shifted out slightly. B) The winner CHERE FOR ME was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis, Stable Employee E E Griebenow acting on behalf of Trainer J V A Strydom advised (LM). THERE WERE NO JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES THERE WERE NO RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED A) LADYHAWKE fatigue and moth injury. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHINGS.
