THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ONE HELLOVA PARTY (G Wright) was restless in the stalls and threw its head down as the start was effected. b) LOUI'S STAR (A Arries) jumped slow, losing one length. c) ENGLEFIELD GREEN (C Orffer) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) The Stewards reviewed the start with regard to ONE HELLOVA PARTY (G Wright) in stall gate 4, which lost ground at the start, and established that the Handler assigned to this filly had not released ONE HELLOVA PARTY timeously. The Stewards, acting in terms of Rule 65.1.10.2, declared ONE HELLOVA PARTY a non-runner. b) Jockey R Danielson, the rider of ANNIE'S SONG, which raced green, dropped his crop at the 250m. c) In view of the report from the Starter regarding ONE HELLOVA PARTY (G Wright), this filly's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and she is suspended for 7 days in terms of Rule 61.6.10 and until such time as she proves to be tractable to load with a companion. (Suspension dates: 24/11/2024 to 30/11/2024 inclusive). ONE HELLOVA PARTY may not be presented for re-passing during this period. d) RUSSIAN ROYAL, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer AE Sands was advised.
