THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)	Shortly after the start, MOONLIGHT TRADER (P Mxoli) was bumped out by SKITTLES SKIES (D Schwarz), which jumped awkwardly outwards leaving the stalls.
b)	Shortly after the start, FIRE ATTACK (C Habib), ZANTHAR (G Lerena) and QUID PRO QUO (P Strydom) suffered varying degrees of interference between GREATERIX (K Matsunyane), which jumped awkwardly outwards leaving the stalls, and DANCE KING (Wes Marwing), which jumped awkwardly inwards leaving the stalls 
c)	WAHEED (R Danielson) and SKITTLES SKIES (D Schwarz) raced wide around the turn and into the straight. 
d)	WILD AT WAR (O Murphy) commenced to give ground to the field from the 200m. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 
e)	QUID PRO QUO (P Strydom), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
