Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	PYROMANIAC (K Steyn) was stubborn loading.
b)	BUSH TRACKER (K Matsunyane) was nervous in the stalls and kicked the back gates of the stalls.
c)	DOWSER (J Gates) was nervous in the stalls and jumped outwards.
d)	EAST COAST (R Fourie) was slow into stride. 
e)	STREET ART (DB Geerthsen) stumbled leaving the stalls.
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	Leaving the 1400m BUSH TRACKER (K Matsunyane) had to steady between GLOBAL ALLY (K Minnie), which shifted outwards slightly and DOWSER (J Gates).
b)	STREET ART (DB Geerthsen) was hanging in from the 400m and was corrected at approximately the 150m.
c)	At approximately the 250m BLACKBERRY MALT (D Schwarz) had to steady momentarily when awkwardly placed on the outside of DOWSER, which shifted out slightly.
d)	BUSH TRACKER (K Matsunyane) was hanging in from the 200m.
e)	Trainer JVA Strydom was charged with a contravention of Rule 57.1.2 in that he failed to ensure that FIREALLEY was presented in the security area at least 60 minutes before the official starting time of the first (1st) race. Trainer JVA Strydom signed Admission of Guilt and was fined R2 500,00.
f)	FIREALLEY, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer JVA Strydom was advised. (LM)
