THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	SHIPINDANI (C Orffer) was stubborn loading, causing a delay. 
b)	BECKY SHARP (S Veale) jumped slow, losing two lengths and thereafter was slow into stride.
c)	HEAR MY VOICE (O Noach) and DAFNES DAUGHTER (R Fourie) were slow into stride.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	In the concluding stages BECKY SHARP (S Veale) was steadied briefly when awkwardly placed on the inside of SHIPINDANI (C Orffer).
b)	In view of the performance of DAFNES DAUGHTER, which failed to respond to Jockey R Fourie's urgings, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
c)	In view of the report from the Starter regarding SHIPINDANI (C Orffer), this filly's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and she is suspended for 7 days in terms of Rule 61.6.10 and until such time as she proves to be tractable to load with a companion. (Suspension dates: 23/12/2024 to 29/12/2024 inclusive). SHIPINDANI may not be presented for re-passing during this period.
d)	Trainer C Bass-Robinson was charged with a contravention of Rule 39.7.5 in that she failed to vaccinate STRATA against Equine Influenza in accordance with the program of vaccinations as published from time to time in the Racing Calendar. Assistant Trainer M Arnold, acting on behalf of Trainer C Bass-Robinson, signed an Admission of Guilt and Trainer C Bass-Robinson was fined R1 000.00.
e)	LOVE SHACK, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.  Trainer C Bass-Robinson was advised. (TL)
