Stipes Report

THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	PRINCE OF TIBET (R Fourie) was restless in the stalls.
b)	TRUE HORIZON (G van Niekerk) was restless in the stalls and slow into stride.
c)	WORLDLY (C Little) jumped slow, losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	There was a delay to the release of the Official Result due to a technical issue in the Judge's box. This was brought to the attention of the Racing Operator.
b)	Approaching the 400m TRUE HORIZON (G van Niekerk) was steadied and directed inwards when awkwardly placed on the outside of ROUGAROUIN (S Veale).
c)	At the 250m GUSTO GIRL (A Arries), which commenced to give ground, was steadied in anticipation of the available run between WORLDLY (C Little) and GOLDEN IDEAL (C Zackey) closing. 
d)	At the 200m TRES CHIC (C Orffer) was directed outwards and then had to be checked at the 100m, losing position, when unable to secure a clear run between GOLDEN IDEAL (C Zackey) and WORLDLY (C Little), which was hanging in.
e)	In the concluding stages, GOLDEN IDEAL (C Zackey) and WORLDLY (C Little) were steadied briefly when awkwardly placed on the inside of ROUGAROIN (S Veale), which was hanging in and shifted in slightly.
f)	In view of the report from the Starter regarding PRINCE OF TIBET (R Fourie), Trainer ELP Steyn will be 	advised to have this gelding re-schooled prior to his next engagement in terms of Rule 61.6.10.
g)	Trainer DA McLachlan was charged with a contravention of Rule 8.3.1 in that he failed to have available the 	registered colours of the owner/s of GREEN PLANET. Trainer DA McLachlan signed an Admission of 	Guilt and was given a warning. 
h)	PALACE GIFT, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.  Trainer SW Humby was advised. (TL)
