a)	PENNY'S WORLD (K Steyn) jumped awkwardly, losing one length.

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	KING VISERYS (G Lerena) and EASY MONEY (G Wright) proved difficult proceeding to the start and had to be led. Trainer PAW Botha was advised that should these horses behave in a similar manner in future engagements, they may be suspended.
b)	Jockeys R Fourie and C Zackey reported that XPLICIT CONTENT and TAMBOURINE MAN respectively did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine these geldings.
c)	KING VISERYS, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.  Trainer PAW Botha was advised. (TL)
