THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start, OPEN HIGHWAY (C Maujean) was momentarily unbalanced when awkwardly placed between CIAN THE CONQUEROR (J Penny), which was carried out by IKIGAI (K Matsunyane), which jumped outwards leaving the stalls, and MIDNIGHT GEM (J Gates) b) At approximately the 100m, CIAN THE CONQUEROR (J Penny) was switched out to continue its run. c) ROLLWITHTHEPUNCHES (G Lerena), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
