a)	Shortly after the start LUNELUCK (T Godden) took an awkward stride and stumbled. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 
b)	Approaching the 200m MOYA WA LALIGA (C Zackey) was struck on the muzzle by a shoe that was cast by ALL THE TIME (*M Mbuto).
c)	Jockeys M Yeni (DAPPER) and K Matsunyane (GORGEOUS GUY) accidentally dropped their respective crops in the concluding stages.
d)	In view of the performance of COMING IN HOT (B Marx-Jacobson) (12.55 lengths, 14/1 in the betting), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
