THE STARTER REPORTED:

a)	PASSCHENDAELE (S Khathi) was stubborn loading and slow into stride.
b)	BOMBER GIRL (E Webber) jumped awkwardly.
	
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: 

a)	The start of this race was delayed due to the repositioning of the starting stalls on the course and the bridle on 	DISTING (M Yeni) had to be re-fitted.
b)	Leaving the 100m TRIP TO MAPUTO (G Wright), which had come to the end of its run, was steadied to avoid running onto the heels of BOMBER GIRL (E Webber), which was carried in slightly by GOCEKWITHLOVE (X Ndlovu), which was hanging in from the 250m.
c)	Jockey C Zackey reported that he felt something amiss with GIMME'S LASSIE. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare.
d)	In view of the performances of THREE ROCKS (R Fourie) and DISTING (M Yeni), the Veterinary Surgeon was 	requested to examine these fillies.
e)	GOCEKWITHLOVE, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer AC Greeff was advised. (LM)
