THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ABSOLUTELY YES (JP van der Merwe) was restless in the stalls and thereafter was slow into stride. b) IRELAND FOREVER (G van Niekerk) jumped awkwardly, losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Approaching the 400m WILD WILD GREEN (G Lerena) was inconvenienced when carried inwards by GOOD FOR YOU (C Little), which was hanging in and had to be straightened.
