b)	THE FUTURIST (G Wright) raced wide on the turn, tired quickly in the straight and was not persevered with from the 200m. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 
c)	ZAPATILLAS (L Mxothwa) was hanging out from the 200m and was corrected shortly before the finish line. 
d)	Jockey C Orffer reported that he felt something amiss with BAVARIAN BEAUTY. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
e)	Jockey C Zackey reported that THE GREY KING made an abnormal respiratory noise. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. 
f)	GARRIX, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.  Trainer ELP Steyn was advised. (KG)
