SUCH A RUSH and AIDEEN both lost 2 lengths. Between the 300m and 250m, AIDEEN shifted out sharply. Approaching the 1600m the saddle of SUCH A RUSH, who was over-racing, slipped forward severely. Thereafter, SUCH A RUSH, who was racing on the rail, shifted out, one off the rail at the 1400m and to the outside of the field at the 900m. As a consequence of the above saddle slip, Apprentice Jacobs was unable to assist this mare from the 1600m. ZAGARA was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. WHATABEAUTY raced fitted with alumites. AIDEEN raced fitted with alumites both fore and unshod behind.
