Jockey Murray did not ride at today's race meeting due to a change of the program for the 23rd November. The riding engagements between Jockey Murray and Trainer Bass-Robinson were cancelled by mutual consent. Work Rider Wana did not ride at today's race meeting as he was medically indisposed. Jockey Dillon did not ride at today's race meeting as he was medically indisposed. CONTENTED QUEEN jumped awkwardly inwards and thereafter was slow into stride, losing one length. CAPTIVATING was restless in the stalls. In view of the performance of WATCH ME NOW, the Veterinary surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Trainer Kotzen appeared before the Board with regard to this filly's run today as compared to her run on 5th October over 1600m. He advised the Board that, in his opinion, this is a filly with some ability and she had run disappointingly over the1600m as compared to today's race over 1000m. He further stated that she did not appear to be comfortable in her previous run and he therefore concluded that possibly the distance of 1600m at this stage in her career was too far. Her previous run had not been consistent with her work at home. His explanation was noted. CONTENTED QUEEN was hanging out from the 400m and shifted out in the latter stages. CONTENTED QUEEN was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Vet: WATCH ME NOW - nothing obvious detected. CYBER BLOSSOM - abnormal respiratory noise.
