THE STARTER HAD NO REPORTS. a) LEONESSA (J Penny) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. b) LADY ZULTANITE (P Mxoli) and WINNING QUEEN (J Gates) were slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Jockey S Khumalo reported that LIVERPOOL LEGEND made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. b) In view of the performance of COUNTESS DANZA (C Maujean), (distance 7,50 lengths, betting 5/2), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly.
