Apprentice Gates (medically indisposed) and Work rider Ndlovu (medically indisposed) did not ride at today's race meeting. They were replaced on their mounts. KWIKSTIX and GOLD ROCK were stubborn loading. CAPTAINS FORT was restless in the stalls and thereafter jumped inwards. KINGS SPEED and CAPTAIN CHORUS were slow into stride. Shortly after the start SILVER STONE and PEACEONTHEROCKS came together and bumped. RAZY WAYZ shifted out sharply away from the crop from the 400m. Approaching the 400m CAPTAINS FORT had to steady and switch in to avoid running onto the heels of UNDISCLOSED, which shifted out significantly away from the crop. Work rider Jevu signed an Admission of Guilt for a contravention in that he, as the rider of UNDISCLOSED, failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to CAPTAINS FORT when he shifted out significantly at approximately the 400m. He was suspended from riding in two work riders' races. When assessing the penalty of a suspension of two work riders' races, the Board took into consideration the significant outward movement away from the crop and the lack of corrective measures made by Work rider Jevu. Approaching the 300m UNDISCLOSED had to ease off the heels of CAPTAINS FORT, which shifted out away from the crop. Work rider Fisher signed an Admission of Guilt for contravening in that she, as the rider of CAPTAINS FORT, failed to ensure that she did not cause interference to UNDISCLOSED when she shifted in at approximately the 300m. She was suspended from riding in one work riders' race. Work rider Mosia reported that he felt something amiss with WHARRA WHARRA in running. CAPTAIN CHORUS was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Work rider Dadamasi signed an Admission of Guilt for contravening, read with Guideline M on the use of the crop, in that he hit the horse CAPTAIN CHORUS more than 12 times in the entire race. He was suspended from riding in one work riders' race. IVALO'S PRINCE is a gelding. Vet: SILVER SEA - fatigued. THE RUNAWAYTRAIN - speedy cut right hind. WHARRA WHARRA - examined post-race, nothing obvious detected. Scratched: INSIDE POLITICS - ineligible, winner 28 November 2019.
