THE STARTER REPORTED: a) RAFEEF'S CHOICE (R Khathi) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) Leaving the 400m RAFEEF'S CHOICE (R Khathi) was carried out marginally by SWISS PARADISE (C Maujean) which rolled out. b) RAFEEF'S CHOICE (R Khathi) was hanging in from the 200m. c) Jockey B Jacobson reported that TWINKLELITTLESTAR changed stride continually in the running. In view of this report, the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. d) Jockey R Khathi reported that RAFEEF'S CHOICE did not stride out freely in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) Trainer C Hewitson was questioned regarding the improved performance of MEL'S PRINCESS (*K J Lihaba). Trainer Hewitson could offer no suitable explanation. The future performances of this mare will be monitored. f) Trainer C Hewitson signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 8.3.1, in that he failed to ensure that the owner's colours were available for CHELSEA FLOWER.
