THE STARTER REPORTED: a) TUNE AGAIN (L Nhlapo) was stubborn loading and jumped slow, losing one length. b) GRACE UPON GRACE (S Khathi) was unruly loading. c) LAVA FIELDS (R Khathi) was nervous in the stalls and thereafter was slow into stride. d) ELUSIVE HUNTER (M Yeni) was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Shortly after the start GRACE UPON GRACE (S Khathi) shifted in away from HEARTLIGHT (Y Ramzan) and had to be steadied when close to the heels of HAPPY VIBES (S Naidoo). b) HAPPY VIBES (S Naidoo) shifted both ways away from the crop in the straight. c) In view of the report from the Starter regarding GRACE UPON GRACE (S Khathi) Trainer DA McKenzie will be advised to have this gelding re-schooled prior to his next engagement in terms of Rule 61.6.10. d) COLD TRUTH, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
