THE STARTER REPORTED: a) MASTER OF PARIS (C Bantam) took an awkward stride leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Due to time constraints the Stewards instructed all riders to proceed directly to the start. b) MASTER OF PARIS (C Bantam) had to be steadied briefly when awkwardly placed between VERONIQUE (C Zackey) and INCREDIBILL (R Fourie) shortly after the start. c) Jockey C Zackey reported that VERONIQUE made an abnormal respiratory noise in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. d) RIGHT ROYAL MO, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer C Bass-Robinson was advised.
