THE STARTER REPORTED: a) MASTER FUEGO (T Godden) lost 1 length. b) CYBER TIME (*N Nastili) lost 2 lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) CYBER TIME (*N Nastili) was hanging in, in the straight and shifted in from the 300m. b) Jockeys S Moodley (CANFORD ICE), J Jacobs (SHOEFELLA) and C F Dicken (TEICHMAN) reported that their respective mounts did not act in the prevailing soft underfoot track condition. c) Apprentice N Nastili signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 62.2.10 in that he made a celebratory gesture shortly before the finish line whilst riding CYBER TIME. Accordingly, a fine of R1000 was imposed. d) CYBER TIME (*N Nastili), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer L W Goosen advised (HM).
