THE STARTER REPORTED: a) DOUBLE DECKER (X Ndlovu) was stubborn loading. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) DOUBLE DECKER (X Ndlovu) raced green. b) GOOSEBUMPS (Y Ramzan) was hanging in in the straight. c) In view of the performance of THE BUSINESS (M Mjoka) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) DOUBLE DECKER (X Ndlovu) returned with a unilateral epistaxis due to an exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage and is suspended, for a period of 60 days, from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of The National Horseracing Authority of Southern Africa in terms of Rule 93.1. (Dr K Davis) e) Trainer WGC Miller was charged with a contravention of Rule 11.2.8 in that he failed to ensure that GOOSEBUMPS was correctly equipped when presented in the parade ring.
