THE STARTER REPORTED: a) PRINCEOFGREEN (P Mxoli) jumped inwards leaving the stalls. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Leaving the 300m, CHASING HAPPINESS (G Lerena), which commenced to hang in, was steadied momentarily to avoid running onto the heels of LEAVING LAS VEGAS (D Schwarz), which hung out from the 350m. b) In the concluding stages, SUNSHINE DAY (C Habib), which hung out from the 300m, was carried in marginally by COMMAND PILOT (D De Gouveia), which shifted in away from the crop. c) Jockey G Lerena reported that CHASING HAPPINESS did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. d) PRINCEOFGREEN (P Mxoli), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
