The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. e) Jockey JP van der Merwe reported that BEYOND THE RUNWAY changed stride continually in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. f) In view of the performance of EXECUTOR (R Fourie), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. g) Apprentice S Sosibo was charged with a contravention of Rule 66.4 (read with Guideline 1 on overweight) in that he, as the rider of ANGELSEA, weighed back in in excess of 1kg over the weight at which he was declared out.
