THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At approximately the 1300m PRAGMATIST (R Fourie) which commenced to over-race, had to steady to avoid running onto the heels of IMPOSING (*B Plaatjies). b) The Board has adjourned to review the ride of Apprentice B Plaatjies on (IMPOSING) in this race. c) Jockey R Fourie reported that PRAGMATIST choked up in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine.
