THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ISIVIVANE (C Zackey) reared on one occasion in the stalls. b) THE SPECIALIST (R Fourie) was restless in the stalls. c) SUPER CASANOVA (S Moodley) and GOOD LIVING (M Yeni) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) HEROIC ACT (J Jacobs) took an awkward stride at the 900m. Thereafter Jockey J Jacobs reported that this gelding took no interest in the running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine. b) ISIVIVANE (C Zackey) which commenced to hang out from the 400m, shifted out away from the crop at the 200m. c) ISIVIVANE (C Zackey), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer P B Muscutt advised (DZ). JOCKEY / EQUIPMENT CHANGES : a) ACT OF GENIUS raced equipped with blinkers (advised 15.03.2024/03h55).
