THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) In view of the performance of DARING ACT (C Habib), (distance 10,00 lengths, betting 5/1), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. b) Apprentice K J Lihaba reported that he felt something amiss with INVENTRIX in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) Jockey K Matsunyane reported that he felt something amiss with TRE AMICI in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding. d) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning INVENTRIX, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended for 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority.
