THE STARTER REPORTED: a) During the loading process, ULOVANE (*S Sosibo) broke through the front gates and bolted. The starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. Stable Employee J Nosasa, acting on behalf of Trainer S G Tarry, was advised (GT). b) PEARL IN HER CROWN (M Yeni) was stubborn loading. The starting stall certificate for this filly has been withdrawn. Trainer P F Matchett was advised (GT). THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) After racing prominently in the early stages, PEARL IN HER CROWN (M Yeni) lost momentum and gave ground to the field. In response to Jockey M Yeni's urgings from the 600m, this filly managed to finish her race off strongly. b) In view of the Starter's report with regard to ULOVANE, this filly's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and she is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as she proves tractable loading and jumping with a companion. Suspension dates: 14 April 2024 to 20 April 2024. ULOVANE may not be presented for re-passing during this period. Stable Employee J Nosasa, acting on behalf of Trainer S G Tarry, was advised. c) In view of the Starter's report with regard to PEARL IN HER CROWN, filly's starting stall certificate has been withdrawn and she is suspended in terms of Rule 61.6.10 for a period of 7 days and until such time as she proves tractable loading and jumping with a companion.
