THE STARTER REPORTED: a) B FIFTYTWO (T Godden) was stubborn to load. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) SUPER FAST (M Thackeray) was steadied and switched out off the heels of YAMADORI (S Veale) which was hanging in from the 350m. b) B FIFTYTWO (T Godden) took an awkward stride at the finish line. c) Assistant Trainer G Terzi acting on behalf of Trainer J S Snaith was questioned regarding the improved performance of YAMADORI, the winner, compared to this gelding's recent performances. Mr G Terzi stated that the fitting of the blinkers and the tongue tie for today's run had attributed to the improvement shown. The Board noted this explanation and advised Mr G Terzi to race this gelding similarly equipped in the immediate future. d) YAMADORI (S Veale), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
