THE STARTER REPORTED: a) FOR ALL WE KNOW (R Fourie) kicked the back gates in the starting stalls. b) JAM JAM (C Maujean) kicked the back gates in the starting stalls and thereafter was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) Jockey K Minnie reported that CICADIDAE took an awkward stride on the turn and thereafter did not stride out freely in running. Jockey K Minnie was interviewed and has been advised that the Stewards are reviewing his riding of CICADIDAE. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. b) In view of the performance of FOR ALL WE KNOW (R Fourie), the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this mare. c) TIME FOR GLORY, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
