THE STARTER REPORTED: a) KILMONIVAIG (C Maujean) jumped slow, losing one length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) KILMONIVAIG (C Maujean) over raced in the early and middle stages. b) Apprentice N Nastili reported that LISTENTOTHEOCEAN (*N Nastili), which raced wide without cover on the turn, changed stride continually in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. c) Jockey M van Rensburg reported that FANNY KEMBLE did not stride out freely in running. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this filly. Trainer SB Kotzen was advised to report back should she find anything amiss with this filly on her return to the stables. d) ELLORIX, the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.
