MOON IN JUNE (A Marcus),O'KEEFFE (*J Jacobs) and ESCAPE CLUB (S Veale) lost 1 length, respectively.RAILTRIP (W Kennedy) and EAST LYNNE (A Mgudlwa) lost 2 lengths, respectively.Jockey C Zackey reported that the saddle on RED AL, which was hanging in from the 400m,slipped sideways.Confirmed by the Stipendiary Stewards.ARIZONA SUNSET (S Khumalo) was hanging in between the 300m and the 100m.Jockey C Zackey signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 58.10.2, in that he struck the horse RED AL more than 12 times in the entire race.The Board in determining the penalty, considered Jockey Zackey's record with regard to contraventions of this Rule as well as well as the manner in which he used his crop.Accordingly, a penalty of a fine of R750 was imposed. ESCAPE CLUB (S Veale) the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis.Assistant Trainer S Ferrie acting on behalf of Trainer D Drier advised.Jockey C Zackey replaced Jockey D Dillon on RED AL.
