THE STARTER REPORTED: a) ANNIE OAKLEY (C F Dicken) lost 1 length. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) At the 200m Jockey D Daniels (CIAO BABY CIAO) hesitated momentarily with his riding on the inside of FEEL THE WIND (C Habib) which hung in and shifted in from the 300m. b) DRESSEDTOTHENINES (M V'Rensburg) hung in, in the concluding stages. c) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning CIAO BABY CIAO, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended for 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority. Assistant Trainer J Buckler acting on behalf of Trainer G S Kotzen was advised. (Suspension dates 24.10.2024 - 22.12.2024 bdi). d) In view of the Veterinary Surgeon's report concerning DIYARANI, and in terms of Rule 93.1, this filly is suspended for 60 days from racing in any race under the jurisdiction of the National Horseracing Authority.
