THE STARTER REPORTED: a) STAR OF THE FUTURE (G Lerena) jumped out awkwardly. b) FIRE FORCE (J Jacobs) lost 2 lengths and thereafter was slow into stride. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED : a) In the concluding stages CAPTAIN OLIVER (D Daniels) was brushed in by IRON MONGER (N Patel) which rolled in away from the crop. b) Jockey R A Venniker reported that GLOBAL RULER did not stride out freely in the running.
