THE START OF THIS RACE WAS DELAYED DUE TO A FALSE START BEING CALLED BY THE STARTER. THE STARTER REPORTED: a) During the loading process, AERIAL DISPLAY (K A Brewer) was kicked by ADMIRALS CHANCE (J R Syster). This gelding was examined by the Course Veterinary Surgeon and subsequently scratched. b) Fair break for the rest. THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED: a) As the start was effected, stall gate 3 did not release on terms resulting in PRAGMATIST'S (J R Syster) being slow away. A false start was called by the Starter, all horses were restrained by their Riders, returned to the start, examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, passed fit to race and reloaded. b) PRAGMATIST (J R Syster), the winner, was selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer S Swanson advised (GF). JOCKEY CHANGES: None. RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER: a) TOM'S DINER raced with a tongue tie on (declared 24 November 2024 at 09H55). THE VETERINARY SURGEON HAD NO REPORTS.
